All Brasseler
Diverse training for a diverse future

Brasseler manufactures medical technology. You have probably already been very close to a product from our Komet brand at some point in the past – at the dentist’s office. We manufacture drills and much more.

Today, our product range includes over 12,000 different products, such as precision instruments of many different kinds for dentists, dental technicians, surgery, and the jewellery industry.

We offer extremely high quality, and continuously set new standards with our innovations. All of Brasseler’s products are produced in Lemgo, then distributed and valued around the world.

We need young people like you to make sure it stays that way. Young people with a drive to learn and achieve. People who appreciate working in a recognised, growing company that hasn’t forgotten one thing despite our success: how to respect individuals.

Our training professions

An apprenticeship with extras

An apprenticeship at Brasseler is something special. Not only from a professional standpoint, but because we simply offer more. To help you feel at home with us.

Education doesn’t stop after your apprenticeship.

Even after your training, we offer plenty of opportunities. Generally, we are able to offer all apprentices attractive positions after they complete the program. We also support them in their continued education with funding and additional days of paid leave.

We offer business and technical apprentices the option of starting a dual study program after they finish training (for instance in the fields of industrial engineering, mechatronics, machine or production technology).  During their studies, our dual students will work on company projects tailored to what they are learning.

Application process at Brasseler

If you are interested in an apprenticeship at Brasseler, you should apply early. We prefer to have your application documents at least 1 year before the date you plan to start your apprenticeship. Of course, the best way to apply is online through our job portal.

Your application should include:

  • a cover letter with information on your career aspirations
  • a CV
  • one copy of each of your last three school reports

Your application will undergo a multi-stage selection process. Apprentices will introduce you to the company and the different training areas at the general informational event “All Brasseler”*. Then, you will be invited to complete a written selection test.

*Unfortunately, this year we will not be holding our “All Brasseler” information event due to the coronavirus. However, you are also welcome to contact us via phone or e-mail. We look forward to hearing from you.

We then invite the applicants we believe are most suitable for our company to a personal interview. We fill our apprenticeship positions based on this interview.
